We want to take a moment to thank you for being valued Doc’s Restorations customers. The well-being of our customers, employees and community is important to us. We are committed to helping our customers maintain a safe and comfortable home every day; especially during the present situation.
We are closely monitoring updates surrounding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) from the CDC and local health officials and are actively working to ensure we are able to continue to service your home improvement needs. While COVID-19 is impacting our community, we want our customers to know that we, as well as our business partners, are being proactive in our actions to help ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
Our Design Center and administrative office will remain open under normal business hours, until further notice, to serve our customers throughout the event. We are consistently cleaning all frequently touched surfaces in our showroom and offices, providing hand sanitizer to all who enter our Design Center as well as providing tissues to open doors and gloves to handle samples so our customers and staff are protected. We are closely monitoring the health of our employees as well as the health of our customers to ensure everyone’s well-being.
All employees have their temperatures taken each morning to make sure they are not running a fever. Anyone who is ill will be sent home and will not be permitted to return to work until they have fulfilled the self-quarantine period and been tested. Work stations are checked every morning to make sure they have all the necessary, precautionary supplies, i.e. hand sanitizer, masks and protective booties, which they will wear at the customer’s request to make them feel more comfortable. Employees have also been instructed to spray tools with sanitizer every morning, wash their hands regularly throughout the day and use a hand sanitizer before entering your home.
