When using our handyman services, we never request deposits.  Payment is accepted after the completion of services.  However, when working with your Home Improvement Division, we do request a deposit, which will be disclosed in a signed contract.  Amount of deposit is based on size of project and what is being done.

It is our pleasure to provide you with as many references as you need. Each one of our Sales Consultants is supplied with a list of references to provide to our customers.

There have been cases where owners have lost their life savings due to hiring a person without Workman’s Compensation Insurance. All our our employees are insured and company bonded.

Hiring a company with experience, good references, and liability insurance is very important. Remember we will be more than happy to furnish you with all the proper documents and even bring you to previous jobs so you can note first hand the quality of our work.

All of our vehicles are commercially insured and all our Service Technicians receive a complete drivers license check prior to employment.

Our Service Technicians receive training on safety and cleanliness of project sites to ensure complete cleanliness and safety during and after all projects.

It is extremely rare that we do not answer the phone.  All handyman calls are scheduled at the time of the initial phone call.  Our remodeling division calls are forwarded to a Consultant, who in turn will contact you by the end of the following business day to schedule an appointment.  We are serious about what we do, and only hire thoroughly evaluated experienced employees with superior customer service skills.

We accept all forms payment, including cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We offer a 5 year warranty on all craftsmanship.

All technicians are employees of Doc’s and are insured and bonded under the Doc’s name.
